All Luxe Scrubs orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, and you should receive your items within 2–5 working days. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly when placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address due to customer error.
While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges provided that the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and is in the same condition in which it was received — unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Please ensure that all items are returned in a resalable condition. Unfortunately, any items showing signs of wear, stains, damage,or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
To return an item, please complete the returns form included with your order and send the item to the address stated on the form. If you are requesting an exchange, please clearly state on the returns form which item, size, or colour you would like in exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If a returned item is lost before reaching us, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item, and Luxe Scrubs will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
